Mindfulness The Equine Way
This course works with horses and ponies as part of a holistic treatment.
The Setting for your unique experience is nature based and out in the horses natural environment. Our one to one or group sessions, help you to embrace your well being by safely guiding and supporting, whilst you raise and heal your emotional and physical self. These may be past traumas, self worth or inner confidence and/or conflict issues but together we will work to discover the real you.
The objective is to enhance and develop your own self empowerment tools, whilst learning useful approaches for dealing with emotional situations. Individuals will learn relaxation techniques and how to share their experiences in a safe and welcoming environment. Learning how the changes within their own environment impact upon health and how certain factors ultimately impacts upon how they feel and how this can affect others.
