Mindfulness the Equine Way
The objective is to enhance and develop your own self empowerment tools, whilst learning useful approaches for dealing with emotional situations.
Individuals will learn relaxation techniques and how to share their experiences in a safe and welcoming environment.
Learning how the changes within their own environment impact upon health and how certain factors ultimately impacts upon how they feel and how this can affect others.
